Rehiring/Absconding ex employee - will HDFC rehire the parent company, which is HDFC bank?

I have earlier worked in HDFC bank subsidiary company HDFC two wheeler loan department, which is a sister company of HDFC bank, but that time I had an accident in that, my family didn't allow me to work after that time from the bank. I got a letter of absconding in this case, will HDFC rehire the parent company, which is HDFC bank

Hi, It depends on the Bank’s hiring policy. Since you had absconded from their allied group if your name is added in the ' not to hire list' they may not consider you for reemployment
