I was an employee of
Company A from 2003 to 2010: No UAN, since UAN was implemented in 2014 only
Company B from 2010 to 2016: UAN was created here
Company C from 2016 to 2021: Same UAN as above
Company D from 2021 onwards: Same UAN as above
My PF amount was transferred from Company A to Company B
However, the EPS Service was not transferred from Company A to Company B at that point of time
Now, I am trying to consolidate my PF into Company D, however, my claim to transfer the amount from B to D is getting rejected by EPFO since the EPS Service transfer from A to B didn't happen.
When I am trying to transfer EPS Service from A to B so that the above problem is solved, neither Company A nor B is willing to help. A is saying go to B for signing Form 13 and B is saying you are not my current employee so I cant sign your Form 13.
What is the way out?
