However, have you considered the opportunity a minor change such as this can give your organisation?
Apart from circulating the one liner internally; you could also produce a one page directory listing all contact Names,Designation, Phone Numbers and Location to send to ALL clients. This exercise will contribute to enhancing company awareness at minimal cost and may even lead to increased business.
Not bad for an HR department that is always considered to be a cost center.
