I am of the opinion that you can join Diploma in Labour Laws from the Institute of Law, Delhi. You can also search for relevant courses thru IGNOU. Thereafter, if you have deep inclination towards learning there is no dearth of relevant courses. think twice act once.. Conventional wisdom of a carpenter says : measure twice , cut once. Read books on attitude , wisdom etc. Self improvement books. Try to put into practice and see if it works.
