I was working as application developer but due to uncertain circumstances i have to quit. Now the company has changed its name due to which they cant issue my experience certificate. So can i get the fake experience certificate with the same company name i worked for 1 yr. Also my HR is saying that if any verification call came they will speak in favor of me.

No, you should not do so. HR person can be changed. If he is ready, he should issue certificate in the name of the present company while clarifying the company name in the certificate(as the company has changed its name only).
