Hi...!! Few of our employees are going on-site to Singapore whereas our company is situated in Hyderabad.
So the Client company will pay our company each month a certain month per employee who went onsite (Singapore).
Then our company will pay them the salaries to their salary account. So, do we need to make any changes or amendments to the payslip compared to employees working from the office? And are there any other compliances that our home company has to undergo?

Hi,

Since the salary process remains the same ( salary amount credited in Indian Bank account) there is no need to amend the pay slip

However if the employees going for on-site are eligible for some additional remuneration apart from salary then a separate letter can be issued to them stating that subsequent to their posting at on-site they are eligible for Tour allowance/ Deputation allowance or salary revised to ___ . Mention in the letter that they are eligible for the additional remuneration till they are placed at on-site only.
