first ride up-to the mandatory ceiling height of 15000/- VPF is the mutual consent of employee and employer both for equal contribution to the fund. and under very rare cases the employer moves ahead for VPF

Its mean if I am not getting 15000 basic than I am not eligible to contribute more than 12 percent?

Dear sunil ji, Employer will be ready for it but I want to know only that my basic is low can I contribute more or not? Is there any minimum basic salary limit for contribution in vpf?

if the employer is ready then ask him to contribute on gross salary in place of basic, that would resolve the prob,
for a single person VPF is burden to HR department, as in this case the EDLI and admin charges (a/c 21) has to be recovered from employee on the VPF amount and for this purpose registers have to be maintained addionally.
