I am asked to prepare the formats required for training. what all necessary formats do we require for training:
one is training need assessment, I am not sure what is the procedure and what are the other required formats & steps. Can anybody plz tell me the procedure how training takes place in a software company and what are the formats required.

Im working in Training & Development.
I dont think that there wud be requirement of formats for Training Need Analysis. In the past orgn use to train only emplyees who are not upto themark or in a specific area where training is required. Now a days corporates are training the each & every employees in ISO standards.
Im woking in a Logistics Company based at Hyderabad looking after All India Employees T & D Coordination.
Standard formats wud b Training Calender, Feedback Form, Checklists etc.
