I have to design an Incentive Scheme for staff employees that has to be totally based on Monthly KRA Achievement.
What can be the guidelines of the process of Incentive Scheme? The payment has to be yearly to the employees ?

For the monthly KRA, u need to clarify whether it is sales or operation staff. for example for the sales staff, u need to fix the incentive structure in according to their monthly targets.
for example : for the real estate marketing executive, they have to sell minimum 2 plots in a month. U need to fix the price for one plot. If an exe. sells more than 2 plots, then incentive slab will be different.
It agains depends upon Time and motion study. To complete a task how much time is required to complete it. So monthly how many task he can handle in a specified time.
So any incentive system, u need to study the job description and time period to complete the task. That can help u to fix the monthly incentive based upon specified KRA according to their job description.
