My friend left his job from a company on 18 Feb 2021 due to personal reason and joined another company on 25th Feb now his old company has given him FNF and form 16 on with mentioned date 19feb but on relieving letter its mentioned as 03 March and his current employer accusing him of dual employment and asked him to resign immediately or we will terminate you. They ask first to resign because he is a highly skilled person and he did any kind of fraud in his life.
