Dear All,
When I go through various threads relating to Salary Calculation Formula for Monthly Fixed Salary Cader employees, i come to know about major three formula as below:
1) Gross Salary / Total day in the concern month(i.e. 28,30 or 31)*day worked
2)Gross Salary / 30 Days (30 days standard for all month)*day worked
3)Gross Salary*12 /365*Day Worked
All above three formulas have their own merits & demerits. My query is :is there any legal base or statutory provision for any of above formula?
Note: i want to know this about Managerial cader and not workers
