I am a HR of one Education training institute. We had around 25 employees at the time of our PF establishment. But at present we have only 4 employees in the PF account. So we want to close our organisation's PF account. pls share the procedure of how to close the account.

Please note company once registered under pf act can't be de-registered under normal circumstances. No matter even if numbers of employees become lesser than the required number after registration.
However to de-register the account you need to have solid, genuine and extremely convincing reasons such as closure, liquidation etc etc. In this regards you may visit the RPFC office to know the possibilities and documentation required and may convince the RPFC with your supportive reasons to get it done.
