Dear Ovee,
You have written "Embassy need character certificate and employer verification letter from my employer." For whom you want character certificate? Is it for you are for your daughter?
I recommend you discussing this issue with HR of your company. In the discussion, explain in sequence, what support do you need from your employer. This meeting will help you in drafting a letter.
Thanks,

Hii thanks for your reply.
Character certificate and employment verification letter is requested by USA embassy in order to confirm the USA medical visa and processing.
I had discussed with hr.
But they need explanation in letter format so that senior people can have a look.
I was not getting such email or letter format on google.
I just thought of querying here.
Thanks & Regards

Dear Ovee,
It is unfortunate that today's generation gets stuck if something is not there on Google. One needs to use one's capacities to solve the day to day problems. We cannot allow our creative abilities to be destroyed, be it by Google or otherwise. Anyway, refer the following draft:

Date: -
From: -
Mr _________ (Your complete name)
Employee No: - _________
To,
The Managing Director
_____________ (complete name and brief address of your company)
Application for the Issue of Character-cum-Employment Certificate

Dear Sir,
1. This is to inform you that I am working in ____________ (complete name of your company) since ______ (date). My present designation is _________ and I work in ______ department.
2. In my personal life, right now I am grappling with the sickness of my daughter, Ms _____ (her first name) who is ___ years old. She has been diagnosed with _______ (exact diagnosis as per medical certificate). We have been giving her treatment at _______ hospital. However, cancer specialists have told that this is a rare type of cancer and further recommended us that she should take treatment from _________ hospital (complete name of the hospital, city, state of USA). Photocopy of the medical certificate issued by the cancer specialist is attached to this letter.
3. To take the treatment at _______ hospital, we need to go to USA, and to go there we need to take medical visa. US embassy has confirmed that to issue medical visa, they would need my Employment-cum-Character Certificate. Therefore, I request you to provide the said certificate.
4. Please provide Employment-cum-Character Certificate at earliest and oblige.
Warm regards,
___________ (your signature)

Comments for the other members: - The originator of this post says that he has discussed about issue of the required certificate to HR of his company. HR told to put up application. Rather than asking HR of his own company to give help in preparation of the application, the originator has searched in Google and later turned to this forum for help. This shows the mental gap between employee and average HR! On the one hand, HR talks lot of building employee engagement and conducts games at the workplace but these games fails to bridge the mental gap with HR. If read between the lines, there is a message for HR in this post!

Dear Mr Divekar,
Your opinion is justified and suggestion is landmark for the people of HR fratenity.
In general the HR should have proactive to help out the person. The employee has not been asked to provide heaven rather an emploment certificate and for which they are bound in priniple. This very unfortunate behaviour & role of HR in perticular case.

HR should have helped him draft the application/Certificate.
The employee was not going on pleasure trip but for cancer treatment.
This is totally impersonal on part of HR to send him on a search for suitable format.
I agree with Mr Dinesh remarks in toto.
