Once a company decides not to continue employment, there is little others can do to help.
Courts are there but time consuming and expensive.
Either one faces problems boldly or leaves.
It is not worth continuing in such an atmosphere.

"your performance is beyond our expectation"? If so, certainly, no employer would make all efforts to retain the employee.

Dear Praveen,
I would suggest you to discontinue with the job as they will torture u mentally and they exploit you and your skills or else they will create a scene where u will b held responsible for a loss of a company and for the same reason they can put u behind the bars so dont take any chances look for a new job and be done with before leaving ask for the relieving letter and letter of conduct.
May god bless u
