Is there any book or journal from which we can be updated about the existing or the changes in the HR policies and procedures?

HR Policies and procedures are company or organisation specific. One can create policies on their own, compiling all such guidelines. Holiday, Working Hours, uniform, annual leave, casual leave.... For instance, for a Hotel, there are more than 150 policies. I have skeletal policies of four different types. As a consultant, I discuss with the HR team and management and create policies which govern an organisation. There is no standard form as it is available, unless you search in Amazon or elsewhere.
