I am a graduate fresher. Completed my BBA in HR, Currently I am working as a Recruiter in a small placement consultancy. But unfortumately I am not liking my profile. Therefore I need an appropriate advice. I want to change my profile from a recruiter to a HR gernalist. I really like the profile of employee engagement activity, I want to know how can I apply for the profile I am interested and what are the preparations I need to do.

Appreciate your interest in Generalist HR activities. You know the HR jobs in Generalist profile is really too hard to grab without experience in the same. You are BBA in HR and have you also done MBA? or pursuing it any where?
How much is your experience in HR recruitments? Complete some considerable time in recruitments in consultancy, move to some small or mid sized company as recruiter and there you can show your interest and competencies to be become a HR specialist on employee engagement.
