Hello,
I am working in a Small IT Firm (having below 20 employees) as HR Executive for 1 year, I handle all the basic HR work like - Employee data recording, Leave Management, Recruitment planning, Interviews,Salary Negotiation, Performance appraisal etc...As the company is small, I am the Only HR person..
my performance is always appreciated by our mgmt.team, shall i get promoted to HR Manager Position or it takes more years to be on that position,,,, or in case of small scale organization the promotion is rapid...
plz let me know how i can have growth in my HR Career,,

Hi If at all the management wishes to promote you as HR manager then it can be accepted. But it is better if you get the promotion as, Sr executive, Assistant Manager and then the manager
