Fisrt and Foremost besides all Compliance, please Comply with the Provisions of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace ( Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal Act 2013 and the Rules gazetted on 9.12.2013 also because of Stringent Penalties for Non-Compliance which imongst others include Cancellation of License.

Leave rules (as per applicable act whether S&E Act, Contract Labour Act etc.).
Sexual Harassment of Woman Act,
Minimum Wages Act,
Payment of Wages Act,
The Employees Compensation Act
Since yours is a construction company, you must deploy huge manpower through many petty contractors, so CL (R&A) Act, 1970 may also applicable to you. You have to take care about the commercial and legal agreements with the petty contractors and timely renewal of such agreements.
