Will Maternity Benefit be applicable to a woman employee even if she not covered under the ESIC Act?

If an establishment is covered both under the Maternity Benefit Act,1961 and the ESI Act,1948 automatically any woman employee going out of the coverage of ESI Act by virtue of her salary exceeding the threshold limit under the latter, would be covered by the MB Act,1961.
