Short term courses HR Analytics, Strategic HRM, Leadership Development are there to follow, and definitely, Labour Laws are some of the specialised areas in demand in the HRM field.

The basic issue that all MBAs in HR main are facing is absence of knowledge in Labour laws. I have seen that many universities have dropped papers on Industrial relations and have included subjects which are not at all relevant in practical or professional career. Therefore, I would say that you should pursue a program in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with labour law, Compensation management etc as subjects for study.
