please suggest me which is the better course for me to start own labour consultant and statuory compliance firm in future.
Now i have 2 year experience in this field and now i want to take admission
in june 2012 for msw.But some advices are coming in favour of DIPLOMA IN LABOUR LAW.

Hi Raju,
It will truly depend on how soon you want to get into this forte and whats the experience you possess. Be whatever the qualification (either MSW or Dip in Law) is, your experience in the field of interest counts as a pivotal point. Having seen the industry for more than 5 years, the forte u wanna get into is filled with too many already. If u really want pursue further, u really need to have a cutting edge over others. I think its easily said than done, ur ascribed competency (degree u possess) wont help u much in this regard. There is no derth for people who have done the said courses however, ended up being no where. Hence, my suggestion would be "it doesnot matter what u do; but how u do it does matter".
Go with MSW, get into good firm/s, get hands on experience, then venture out to realise your aspiration of becoming a consultant in the field.

MSW would cover more subjects on Social Work which would not be useful for you. Hence my recommendation go for qulaification which helps in achieving your objective.
