I work in an IT company. Here, three employees are in their probationary period now. The company had allowed 5 leave for them for an year and any absence exceeding this limit will be considered for pay loss. But two of them are taking unnecessary leaves even after exceeding the limit for silly reasons. Even they are not submitting the leave letter properly.
Is there anybody facing such problems? I can make them obey the rules strictly. But here the condition is that, this is a startup company and is completely a product based one. For such a startup, I think its hard to get technically skilled employees. So, any unnecessary talk to the employees may make the condition even worse. I am posting this query here for an advice from my respected seniors, before firing them out.
