Dear sir, In my company (automobile) production, is continuous in break hours such as tea and lunch hours with casual employees.. so for that, I processed arranged all inputs before... my working hour is 8 am to 4.30 pm ( 8.5 hours) can I ask extra payment for those hours of production?
