How can a Hr do background verification of employees on his own without a third part vendor?

Hi, The general procedure is to hire the services of an third party employment verification agency.

In the absence of the same you can collect the details of ex-employers like address / contact number / email id etc and then you may email the ex-employer and check regarding the authenticity of details provided by the candidate. Where ever required you may call the ex-employer's HR and check also.
