Dear sir, I'm working in a private company in noida from last seven months, my boss is always giving me a termination threat in lock down period and he is saying company have a right they can terminate you without giving any of notice due to low performance and from last seven months I'm working without any target but know in he is giving me a target and also giving me a mental torture with insulting in a group where other colleagues and seniors are their and as per the notification or guidelines of District Gautam Buddha Nagar salaries under certain circumstance must be paid to the labour/employee and no any termination in duration of lock down. i just want to know that,what should I do here and what other options are there,if company can do that.

Dear Gaurav,
This is most unfortunate to learn that bigger problem is not the pandemic rather our people. You have give a fight in legal manner for the termination is happened during lock down period and that will be treated illegal, as against the notification by Govt of India under Disaster Management act.

The scenario is very unfortunate. However, until there is any issuance of termination letter from the management, you cannot take any steps as it will be premature. For the time being, it is best to bear with the situation.

Dear to all sir,
know i received a termination in a form of Feedback from our senior,they mentioned on a mail they will send me an official termination letter on 3rd of May 2020 when lock down will closed officially and the didn't follow the code of conducts of government, they deduct my salary and when i asked to send me in a written form so no response and texted on a group he is doing a politics rather than doing his work and they said Govt have given employer full right to terminate an employee who is no performance in work from home and services. and they told me your services has been suspended , in this time courts are not open and employer are manipulating and misbehave with his employee. please advice to me or any support to me. i have no any source of income and my father is physically sick form last 5 years (contact no.-9560386582/9953618577)

I will suggest you to consult a lawyer with all the written communications you have till now from your employer. For any illegal deduction of salary and termination, you may send a notice through a lawyer to your employer.
It is true that courts are not functioning at this stage due to pandemic, but there is nothing to worry about it now.
