My notice period 3 months. But in offer letter byout option is available. But HR said buyout option is depend upon HR department. They can not give me relieving. Salary issues in company. As per rule they do send salary before 20th. Please help me

Unless the particular clause pertaining to notice conditions in the contract of employment is presented verbatim, no exactly right answer can be given.
In general, the buyout option of notice period would be subject to the discretion of the employer only. But, many employers misuse this discretion to discourage the resignation of efficient employees. Some of the outgoing employees too, on their part, treat the buyout option as if their right and fail to get sufficient joining time from the prospective employers when they switch jobs.
The poster may approach the CEO, politely explain the circumstances under which he is compelled to exercise the option of buyout and get his nod for early and peaceful relieving.

Hello sir
Yesatrday my head HR agreed for buyout. Account head give me mail of bank account detials of company, yesterday I had credit to this account by NEFT. After that assistant HR call me and said you r not living tommorow because my department head disscution pending. I have required reliving letter early because I will join new company what can I do
