Can you please let me know where your PF is being deposited? There are many PF offices online. All you need is the company code, your PF number, and the group allocated to your company. Alternatively, you can also call the PF office. In case they do not pick up, you will need to wait until you receive your PF slip.

It is the duty of the employer under the Act and Scheme to help the Employees' Provident Fund organization settle the Provident Fund dues of its employees. The employer has to complete the prescribed application within 5 days of receipt (para 72(5)), forms, and hand it over to the member when the employee leaves the service.
When a member finds it difficult to get the form attested by the employer, they can obtain attestation from any of the following officers and send it to the Provident Fund office:
- Manager of a bank.
- Any gazetted officer.
- Member of the Central Board of Trustees/Committee/Regional Committee (Employees' Provident Fund Organization).
- Magistrate/Post/Sub Post Master/President of Village Panchayat/Notary Public.

Dear All,
We submitted our request as an employer to the PF department a while ago to receive PF account slips. However, we are still waiting for the 2008-09 annual statement of PF. Could anyone please inform me how long this process typically takes?
We are based in Delhi. Has any member of this platform received the annual account slips from the PF department?

Dear All,
The PF slip is given only when the establishment submits their monthly returns and annual returns timely. If that is done, please get in touch with the regional PF commissioner. There is no fixed time for when the government should send the PF slip to the establishment. Actually, one needs to keep following up on it.

Hi Vikas, please go to EPFO website (http://www.epfindia.com/) to check your claim status. Enter your establishment code, group code, and your PF number. If you need any further assistance, please let me know. Currently, the PF office in Bandra is operational online, while the Thane office is still in the process of coming online.

Hi Seniors,
Kindly guide me: I resigned from my ex-employer in June 2008. Now, in the month of October 2009, I requested the forms. The company sent me the forms. In return, I signed the blank form with revenue stamps and provided details on an extra form provided by the employer (to avoid cuttings). Now, as the form has reached the Head Office of my ex-employer, I am a little doubtful about the nominee's name. I provided two nominee names, of which one is sure to be on the forms. However, the person handling the matter mentioned that our form will be delayed. I am surprised to hear this, as the reason for the delay is only to process the form, which will take an additional 1.5 months at the Head Office and another month for processing in the EPF office. This means a total of 3-4 months. Kindly guide me and provide information on the rules and procedures for resolving my issue.
Regards,
Jatinder

How do I transfer my PF account to the existing employer? I used to work in a company earlier, and I am not too sure if my PF has been transferred or not. I filled up a form, but I am not sure if it has been transferred. Is there any way to find out?
Kindly let me know if it is possible to find out online or by a call.

Dear friend,
Normally, no employer would refuse to sign the PF withdrawal papers unless the employee has any issues with them, such as notice pay or dues to the company. This can be easily resolved by discussing the matter with the HR/Personnel Department of the employer concerned.
However, the following is the procedure to withdraw:
Procedure to withdraw the PF amount:
Step 1: You can contact the local PF office and collect Form 19 and 10C, or you can download the withdrawal forms (Form 19 and 10C) and NSSN Form from the website [EPFO](http://www.epfindia.nic.in).
Step 2: You need to fill in all the details about yourself and complete the bank account column with your savings bank account information.
Step 3: Open a savings bank account, preferably with a nationalized bank, and mention the account number in forms 19 and 10C. Also, attach a photocopy of the first page of the passbook (showing the bank account number, branch location, etc.).
Step 4: Send the complete set of forms with enclosures to the previous employer for forwarding to the PF office.
Step 5: You can obtain attestation in the employer/authorized person column (if you plan to send the claim directly to the PF office) from the bank manager of the savings bank account.
Step 6: Send the set of forms to the PF office where your previous employer has accounts via registered post.
You will receive your money in your bank account within 45 days.

I had been working with one company for the last three years, and my PF was supposed to be deducted every month. I also have my PF account number, but I do not have any statements. Due to personal reasons, I had to leave my job without prior intimation. Now, if I want to claim my PF money, what are the formalities?
