Hi everyone,

I have a question. Actually, I am working in a dealership of Maruti. In the last month, our one employee was absent from 1st to 15th August. In this period, we had three national holidays (Raksha Bandhan, Janmashtami, and Independence Day). So the question is, should we give him the salary for these three days or not because he was continuously absent during this period? Please suggest.
