I hereby confirm that in Haryana, the rate of LWF contribution is Rs. 5/- per month for employees, and for employers, it is Rs. 10/- per month effective from April 2007.

You will definitely find the answers to all of your queries. After going through this Act, it reveals that leaving aside the employer, each and every employee is covered under the definition of an employee and thus they are to contribute to the fund. However, according to the latest minutes of the Board, only the workers drawing wages up to ₹15,000 per month are eligible to have the different welfare facilities as declared by the Board.
