Hi All,
I need to draft an Employment Bond for one of our employee. She is a Graphic Designer and the organization is spending Rs. 50,000 (Rs. Fifty Thousand) on her training. We want that she should sign atleast one year of employment bond with us.
Can anyone please share a sample bond with me? It’s urgent.
Thanks in advance.
Warm Regards,

In case of such employment bonds, what is the liability of the employer? That is, if the employer wants to terminate the employee, is there some liability? Or is some notice period given, like we say, three months' notice or three months' pay in lieu of the notice period. I'm confused.

Hi Paulraj,
I am new to this forum, and while browsing through, I chanced to see the agreement form you had attached. It was worthwhile.
You see, I have a different problem. If you can suggest something, my company is small and cannot ensure training and development, though we try our level best. Can we still go in for an employee bond? If so, what would be the nature of the bond?
Looking for an answer in earnest.

Hi all,
I am Pradeep. I am working as an employee in a software company. Then our superior told us to prepare a bond for new employees. However, I am a fresher and I don't have any idea about it. How do I prepare this? What type of clauses should be included? What is the procedure in case of a breach?
Thank you.

I have to join an IT company as a programmer through a consultant. However, the consultant requires my tenth Marksheet for the agreement period of one year. The consultant is willing to provide an acknowledgment that they are holding the Marksheet for one year. Is it advisable to hand over the Marksheet? Is it legal for a consultant to demand the Marksheet to be held by them for one year?

Hi,
You can sign a bond with an employee, but it is not an ultimate solution to avoid such separation as this kind of bond is questionable under the eye of the law. You can find an article on citehr.com.
You can keep one employee under pressure of a bond, but somebody knowing this may leave your organization. So, what I suggest is to put a clause under this agreement for reimbursement of the cost incurred after training for that particular employee. The person may leave the organization by paying the cost of training. It is the basic right given to every Indian in the constitution to have a suitable job or employment.
