Hi everybody,

I'm a final year MBA student, and for a research project, I need to conduct a survey. I am looking to have a questionnaire filled out by working women. I kindly request the ladies to please fill out the questionnaire. I would be grateful if you could provide more contacts or forward it to your colleagues and friends. The questionnaire is attached herewith.

Thank you,
Mehak

This questionnaire appears to portray women as a highly endangered species in India. Don't pamper this subject so much that people forget the real issue of equal opportunity or gender discrimination as a result of this survey. The burning issues are not discrimination but equal opportunities and equal pay versus discrimination against men in some high-end jobs, where women are seen as symbols of a progressive organization without competencies, but merely chosen because the CEO desires appointments of ladies with special favors for his amusement. These kinds of jobs for women are a major concern in many organizations in India.
