As per to my knowledge it can not be sweat analysis, it can be SWOT analysis of any product or process.
SWOT:-
S - Strength of particular product or process
W - weakness of particular product or process
O - opportunity of that product in the market.
T - Threat to particular product or process
SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a business.

However, to my surprise, even Google gives only one pertinent document in this regard, which denotes that not many organizations have practically adopted the method. In lieu of the above, we should also try to give valuable contributions to the question. Factually speaking, being in the field, I got to know this for the first time, and I would encourage people with exposure to contribute.
