Hi Mana,
As an HR professional, I can mention a few of the challenges a recruiter can face. These are challenges to the recruiter; however, they can be overcome with a small amount of tact and by using common sense.
- First of all, it is difficult to match the job description with the bunch of resumes.
- Recruiters face problems in finding the right candidate due to various organizational differences, cultural differences, and attitudes.
- The main challenge for the recruiter is that he/she should be able to relate the job description to the resume of the candidates. This process is time-consuming and complex.
- If you are sourcing from the internet, you will get thousands of resumes for a single position. To reduce the wastage of your time, you can use various search strings to find specific resumes.
I have attached a training guide prepared by me when I was doing internet sourcing. It would really help the talent locators who search for good candidates on the internet.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me. Please do reply to my message.
Always be positive and be ready for challenges.
Thanks.

Hi Mana,
Mr. Devender has covered almost all the things in his module. If you are a technical recruiter, some points to keep in mind are:
1. First, check what exactly the requirement is about (which kind of project, what exactly the project needs).
2. After checking the domain of the project, list out what are all the other similar kinds of projects.
3. Then, check what kind of role the requirement needs.
4. List out the keywords for the same.
5. Start sourcing.
Thanks

Hi, thanks for replying. There is still more to know on this topic as I think of some more challenges like:
1) To find a suitable source according to the vacancy.
2) To cut the cost of the recruitment process.
3) To meet legal obligations.
And many more. I still think that there is a lot to do on this topic. Can you help me regarding it?

According to me, the most difficult part of recruitment in the city of Nasik is hiring senior-level people for the IT industry. In a city like Nasik, people expect more in terms of salary as the cost of living is very low here.
