I, Philip C. Sharma, have been in the Hotel & Restaurant Industry for the last 27 years. Currently, I have my own company, and the first store is located in Pune.
I have previously headed Operations for a Singapore-based company in India and worked as a Corporate Training Manager for Blue Foods Pvt. Ltd in Mumbai.
I have diversified into freelancing as a consultant for new restaurants and hotels, as well as providing training for restaurant staff and staffing services as needed.
I have consulted for several restaurants in and around Mumbai and Pune. Some of the properties I have worked on include Yana, Varunraj, and Panchami in Pune, Prasad in Kalyan, and Hotel Vihangs Inn in Thane. I am also currently working on the menu for Sai Krupa in Thane, involved in the rebranding of 1 Minute in Thane, and in discussions with other clients for new projects. I am well-versed in procedures and knowledgeable about government formalities and required licenses.
I am a catering graduate from Mumbai.
