The employee has been continuously working with our organization since [2012]. However, due to a clerical error, the Date of Exit has been erroneously updated on the EPFO portal. This is incorrect, as the employee is still actively employed with our organization, and we have been regularly contributing both the employee's and employer's share towards their Provident Fund account without interruption.
We kindly request your assistance in rectifying this issue by removing the incorrect Date of Exit and updating the records to reflect the employee’s continuous employment status.
