Remove the misconception that employee engagement means holding some sort of fun activity. It is the sum total of the employee experience in an organisation. It signifies the emotional bond an employee has for the organisation.

All your HR activities are the employee engagement programme. It should not be equated to some picnic or stand-up comedy shows.
