If basic salary above 15k is it mandatory to enroll new joiners in PF.


Employees joining if their basic Salary above Rs15000/ is it mandatory to enroll them in PF or not.

If the new joinee is an existing PF member, he should be given PF irrespective of his salary. If he was not a member earlier, then you can exclude him if his salary (PF qualifying salary) exceeds Rs 15000.
