Please note that the Special Allowance (DA) for Maharashtra State is always published on or after the 4th of February and 4th of August for the 1st half and 2nd half of the year, respectively, by the labor department. Until then, please relax.

Dear Sampada,
Which Dearness Allowance are you referring to, Fixed DA or Variable DA? If you are paying the DA applicable to your scheduled employment, you need not worry. However, if the DA you are currently paying along with the Basic salary exceeds the current Minimum wages, then you are not violating the law.
Please mention under which scheduled employment you are falling and the wages paid. If the wages are above the Minimum Wages, it shouldn't affect you.
