I am a new person in this forum, being new in HR i certainly get scared when faced with new task. Looking at seniors here sharing knowledge, ia m truly amazed. Hopefully, 1 day i will become smart liek you guys, thanks in advance for citeHR and for all friendly members here.
Currently, I am preparing job descriptions for cinema theatre workers. Let me explain it shortly, the company is a theatre/cinema industry. We purchased latest tamil movie from india and play it here in our country. Therefore, we have employee taking care of the theatre, putting the film, the ticket counter guy and many other positions related to this industry.
This is totally new industry to do JD for me, I hope members here would assist me with certain info for ths task of mine.
