When a candidate fails this test, it's not possible to reverse or contest it unless you have a strong case to counter a 'Not hireable' report, which is not practical. Therefore, you will have no recourse if you are relieved of your position after failing the BGC. Often, you may not be informed of the reasons for receiving a negative report from the BGC. You will not have the right to insist that either your previous employer or current employer reveal the contents of the BGC.
