Thank you all. I update my profile thrice a week, but get very few opportunities so now pushed to apply for an executive level position again. I live in Noida and don't want to go for jobs in Delhi and Gurgaon as I recently got married. I have 7 years of experience, but I am so demotivated for not cracking the interviews. After 7 long years, you find that you are not in a position to crack an interview, which implies that you have not recharged yourself with the latest information in these last 7 years.
