Hello Seniors,
What is END to END recruitment? I have always seen on portals, for an HR recruiter, the profile says that he has to know the END to END recruitment process and also after the person has joined, he has to take feedback. Is this about doing Post-Joining Follow-Up once the Candidate Joins? What does it mean?

Pratik,
My understanding of "End-to-End" in relation to Recruitment is as follows:
1. Manpower requirement requisition procurement (From Department head / or HR Manager).
2. Understanding the requirement in terms of Role, Which Technology (For example, In the case of IT Unit SE, SSE TL / Java J2ee, etc.).
3. Start the process of sourcing the requirement through various means like Job Portals, Employee References, Consultants, and Newspaper Advertisement.
4. Do Preliminary Screening for the profiles that are received from these sources.
5. Get the profiles shortlisted by the respective department head / or project head, etc.
6. Call the shortlisted candidates for face-to-face interviews; in the case of outstation candidates, you can have the first round of telephonic interviews.
7. Coordinate the entire scheduling and interviewing event.
8. Once the candidates are selected for the role or position in requirement, you sit with the Department that rolls out the offer letters to the candidate.
9. Keep a tab on the Candidates offered and offers being accepted by them.
10. Check if all the employees who had accepted the offer actually joined your company.
11. Upon post-joining your organization, give the candidates a hand-holding because you are the only person in the organization with whom they have interacted.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Nikita

Recently, I sought assistance with finding work at Blogstaffing Company and was very impressed with their approach to finding the right match for me. They made an effort to thoroughly assess my skills and interests and worked to find me a place of employment that suited me well. After going on countless interviews in the area, I'm very grateful for their help. They found a great position for me in a matter of days!
