My question is not regarding any company policy or legislation. As of today, I am a 4th-semester student pursuing my MBA in HR. There are no job opportunities available through my institution. I am seeking suggestions from HR professionals regarding my career in the HR field.
What steps should I take or what skills do I need to enhance to become a successful HR Manager? I have completed my project on "JOB EVALUATION." Kindly recommend some specific areas within HR that I should focus on and that would be most beneficial for my resume. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
