I would like to inform you that the Haryana Government, Labour Department has raised their minimum rate of wages by Rs. 76.00 due to the increase of the price index. This order shall come into force w.e.f. 1st January 2008.

The day 01.07.2009 is yet to come. The last change made by the Labour Department, Government of Haryana, is effective from 1st January 2009 vide their notice Ref. No. 10664-774 dated 31st March 2009.

We have not yet received the information from the Labor Department, Haryana, regarding the increase in the minimum rates of wages, which is to be made effective from 01.07.2009 so far. As per our information, the Competent Authority has not yet issued the letter or declaration of the increase or decrease of the Consumer Price Index number.
