My suggestion is to stop looking for innovative recruiting practices by others. What works for one does not necessarily work for others. Instead, learn to be more innovative. As a first step, start questioning everything. Above all, stop following others. That alone will make you innovative. I am making this suggestion not to chide or criticize, but to teach.

Above solution is best in some sort. According to me, searching for innovative techniques or practices for recruiting needs to find out inattentiveness inside the candidate. We can't be sure that it can come only from a talented or high-merit person. Search for a person with an innovative view.
