I have over 2 years of experience and I am currently working in a US-based MNC as an Executive in HR. I receive appreciation from my seniors for my recruitment and other HR skills. I completed my MBA in HR from Punjab Technical University with a distinction, scoring 72%, while my percentages in 10th, 12th, and graduation were between 50 to 60.
Please advise me on how I can secure a job in a prestigious company like Infosys, TCS, L&T, PATNI, etc., as I aspire to be a part of a large firm where I can further develop my skills.

Size of the company does not matter for the right employees. In fact, they will get due recognition in medium-sized companies rather than in large corporations where the chances of sinking are high due to politics and a quagmire. There are some advantages in big companies as well, such as job security and not too much responsibility or accountability.
