Hi,I am working in a manufacturing company,where there are technical/Slaes team.It is quite difficult to track there leaves record.please anyone can help me on this.

You can do the following things
1. Ask to punch for timings if they are coming to factory and going out but evening not coming back.
2. Insist on self attendance weekly/monthly keeping his/her boss in loop.
