Hi Everyone,
I work for a Petrochemical Company in the HR Department, and I have been in this role for the past 4 years. I am passionate about everything related to Human Resources.
Recently, I was promoted to the position of HRMS Functional Team Leader - ERP (R12). I am very career-oriented and eager to learn. I have a few doubts about how this experience will benefit my HR career and whether it will help me secure a better placement in the future.
I am curious about the value of ERP (HRMS) experience in today's job market. Any advice or insights on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you to everyone in advance for your help and guidance.

Hi,
I think it's a really good exposure that you're going to get through this ERP implementation. ERP is one of the most happening things, and as far as my experience and knowledge goes, if you're involved in the implementation, that's because your company feels you're knowledgeable about the process, and you are nominated as a key user. That simply means either you are or you are going to be a Subject Matter Expert of your function.
All the best. Also, do share your experience.
