Hi Pal,
As an HR professional, I understand that we need to communicate through emails often. The emails should be professional, crisp, concrete, and concise. Therefore, I have prepared a few templates for professional email scenarios. I believe this will help many of us in our daily lives.
Please review the templates and let me know how they have helped you. Your feedback is highly appreciated and will provide us with the opportunity to learn and improve.
Cheers,

Hi Gayathri,
I have gone through your posting and liked it a lot. It would help us in sending emails more confidently. 😛 Can you help me out with one more format?
My senior is leaving the company for better prospects. I want to send him an email saying thanks and wishing him all the best for his future. I think professionals out there can share more of such formats. Expecting more of such beautiful postings.
Thanks and Regards,
Bhoomi

Great effort. Keep it up, please.
But I advise you all to add at least one sentence that gives a personal touch or highlights one positive trait of the recipient. He/She would cherish it forever.

Dear Gayathri,
The formats are well-prepared and would be useful to all HR professionals. Maybe you could add some more formats like letters seeking explanation, warning letters (both verbal and written), etc.
What we have to be careful about with these formats is that you should not blindly apply them in all cases, but check and add relevant details as necessary. This will make each letter read a little differently and correctly.
Thanks and well done!
