Good morning, sir.
Thank you for your reply.
Sir, can I go for the SLET Entrance exam? Some of my friends are saying there is a specialization in SLET, but they are not providing full information. Please send your reply.

Dear Anu,
If you want to enhance your qualifications in relation to HR for your career growth, you can opt for M.Phil in HR and LLB. On the technical side, you can consider courses like SAP HR or Oracle HR.

Dear Anu,
I appreciate your concern for further enhancing your professional career. I would suggest that instead of accumulating further degrees/courses, you should switch over to any entry or mid-level job. This will help you to learn the actual happenings of corporate culture. A certification will merely help you to gain knowledge. On the other hand, the job itself will facilitate the actual learning process and its functions.
For any further professional help, please buzz me at

Hi guys, I am an HR executive in an IT company. However, I have only completed my diploma so far. I have 3 years of experience in HR and BDM fields. Currently, I am pursuing my second year of BBA through distance learning. My question is, after completing my BBA, should I opt for a regular MBA or a part-time program? Some institutions also offer PGPBS (Post Graduate Program in Business Skills) for candidates with a 10+2+3 (diploma) qualification. Can you suggest which option would be the best for me in terms of future prospects?

Hello everyone,
I am also going through the same dilemma. I have completed my MBA in HR and have 2 years of experience. I want to gain further qualifications. I have decided to pursue an MPhil and PhD in Public Administration. However, the people whom I have consulted with are suggesting that I should gain 2-3 more years of experience in the related field before pursuing further qualifications.
I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me navigate through this dilemma.

First, decide what you want to achieve by adding qualifications. If you don't get an opportunity to use that education, you will get frustrated.
It is hard to believe that you have been in the field for only one year. One year is a very short time to think that you have considerable and in-depth practical knowledge of HR. Instead, please devote time to sharpening each of your HR skills. Over time, you will enjoy your position as a proficient HR professional.
Today, due to a lack of skills or a shortage of skills, you may have to chase after jobs, but tomorrow, employers will be seeking you out.

Dear Anu,
After MBA, you can also opt for a research fellowship or go for a lectureship. For this, you have to clear an exam conducted by UGC, i.e., the National Eligibility Test conducted every year in the months of June and December. If you need any further information on this, you can contact me as I am preparing for this exam.
Bye for now,
